DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Shipping on www.ballodasola.com is free for Italy, while for all other EU countries the shipping costs are 12 Euros and will be calculated when purchasing the goods.
For Italy, delivery takes approximately 2-5 working days, to be calculated from the moment the order is shipped (and based on the production times of the individual customized shoe).
For foreign countries, delivery is approximately 8-10 working days, to be calculated from the moment the order is shipped.
When the purchase is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Each shoe purchased on www.ballodasola.com is packaged and customized by hand to measure for the customer AFTER the order has been placed.
For the uniqueness and customization of each individual product purchased on www.ballodasola.com, it is possible to make ONLY ONE CHANGE of the number of the goods but NOT THE RETURN.
Change of Shoes
The change can only be made with a different size of the same purchased item. The change can only be made once.
The deadline for making the change is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The costs for the change of goods are borne by the customer and amount to 20 Euros per pair of sneakers (return shipping) valid for all models of personalized sneakers and 10 Euros for BalloDaSola personalized sandals.
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging and that the purchase receipt is inserted inside the box.
Change of Clothing
The change can only be made with a different size of the same model purchased. THE CHANGE CAN BE MADE ONLY ONCE.
The deadline for making the exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Buy in total safety and using the payment method you prefer between: Credit Card, PayPal, Poste Pay and Bank Transfer.
It is not possible to pay on delivery by cash on delivery.
Orders placed by bank transfer will be processed after confirmation of the transfer to our current account (2/3 days).
To pay with Poste Pay you can use the credit card payment form and select Visa as the circuit. Then enter the Poste Pay card details.

PRODUCT CARE
For shoes with Glitter, leather, studs and embroidery, wash delicately in cold water, avoiding rubbing directly on accessories or delicate fabrics. DO NOT WASH IN THE WASHING MACHINE
Do not leave the shoes soaking or damp, proceed to dry the inside and outside of the shoe using a hairdryer.
We use metal components subjected to anti-rust treatment, however this does not guarantee that rust will not appear if the shoes are wet and/or left exposed to humidity for a long period.
For hand-painted shoes with graffiti, do not wash them by immersing them in water but use a damp cloth and clean them delicately. DO NOT WASH IN THE WASHING MACHINE
